We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offers a dispute solution with a short period of time and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

a. Photos or videos of the flawed item to prove damage. If photos cannot prove the deficiency of the products, please upload videos.

b. Screenshot of the received e-mail or dispute including name, date, and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint.

c. The products need to be returned, if asked to do so.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dealstogo.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Except for the important interpretation, We will offer a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

  •  Incorrect or Missing Products 

We has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, We offers a full refund or replacement after returning the item.

b. For products with the wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., We offers a refund or resend if a customer provide a screenshot  complaint including name, content, and date.

c. For missing parts that don’t affect product function, We may refund partially or resend the missing part; for ones that indeed affect, we will resend the product only.

d. For accessories, we will resend the accessories.


For the size problem, we will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us a photo of the measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.


  •  Orders not Received.

we will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

a. If  customer do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with the official seal is necessary.

b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows "Alert", the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) Invalid number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.


The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, Customer need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to our logistics company. During the return, Our company  takes no responsibility if products are lost.

 We cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


  •  Unacceptable Disputes.

We cannot accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

e. The shipping address was incorrect.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

  • Orders Cancellation :

For order cancellation, We offers a full refund before products been processed by warehouses. Once the product been processed then refund cannot be processed. 

After All: 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
